OUR JUDGES
Our wonderful judges are all women who currently work in the film industry. They have volunteered their time and expertise to watch and critique each of the films submitted to She's Reel. Below is more specific information about them and what they do in the industry.
Melody Tash
Melody Tash is the president and founder of Cinema Quilt, a full-service production company based in Wynnewood, PA that works with clients from concept through final film. Melody has been working professionally in the film industry in a variety of capacities — from director of photography, camera operator, director, producer, writer, art director, actor, editor, and teaching artist — for over 10 years. Melody’s cinematography has appeared on ABC, CBS, NBC, TLC, Nick, CSPAN, and Billboard.com among other places. Melody has a degree in theater with a history minor from Temple University. April Chatman-Royce
April has been a make up artist for film and tv for about 14 years. She has been very lucky to work on many feature films, tv shows, and commercials. She also does custom home remodeling.

Nunera Amun
Nunera is the Director and Producer of "What is a Black Man?", a feature-length documentary in production, that captures the inspiring and heart-felt journey of four African American teenage conscious hip-hop artists living in inner-city Philadelphia, working mindfully to create definitions of who they are and will become amidst continued controversial portrayals of black men.
